Juliet Joseph
Juliet is a senior Anthropology major. She is one of the Senior Bonner Interns; her placement is preparing and conducting seminars for our junior cohort and conduct all their seminars. She is also a part of the garden and compost group on campus and would love to see more people come and join.
Rebeca Zoicas
Rebeca is a senior international student from Romania. She is majoring in Communication & Media with a double minor in Film and Writing. Rebeca is engaged in on-campus leadership clubs and events, including work as the Editor-in-Chief of The Wagnerian, HawkTalk blogger, sister of AΣA and member of O∆K National Leadership Honor Society. She is currently part of the Bonner Leadership Team, as the Bonner Marketing Intern. In the past, she worked with Napela, FRN and the Holocaust Center. She is passionate about civic engagement and service focusing on communication and marketing strategies that enhance awareness and support fundraising.
Sarah Cartmell
Sarah is a senior double majoring in Sociology and French Studies with a minor in English. Her primary Bonner placement has been at Napela, a grassroots organization supporting immigrants, since her freshman year. She started as a literacy tutor teaching English as a Second Language and helping some of her students prepare for their US Citizenship test. Her sophomore year she took on the position of volunteer coordinator and continues to serve in this role. Sarah is passionate about international affairs and civic engagement and in her free time enjoys reading, painting, and baking.
Gabrielle Morello
Gabrielle is a senior Biology major. She works at a veterinary clinic on the island.
Aminata Niang
Aminata is a senior majoring in Sociology. In the past, she served as a PRPLA mentor. Ami enjoys painting in her free time.
Kiersten Gerard
Kiersten is a senior, majoring in Arts Administration, with a minor in Writing. She is currently one of the Senior Bonner Interns, which serves as her placement for the year. On campus, Kiersten is involved with Vocal Synergy, Comedy Club, College Choir, as well as being a Residential Assistant. She is passionate about music and writing. "I think music is a universally powerful tool and the fact that we are able to make it at any time is a really wonderful thing."
Moses Ramos
Moses is majoring in Business Management with a minor in Economics and Civic Engagement. At Wagner, he is heavily involved in campus leadership clubs and events. He is Co-President of the InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and the Management and Marketing Club, as well as being a member of the Black Student Union. Off-campus, he has held multiple internships supporting business development in Staten Island’s Port Richmond. His most recent job and Bonner placement was guiding over 500 high school students with their post-secondary plan through the College Access Research and Action (CARA) program. He is deeply passionate about civic engagement and service focusing on financial literacy, direct employment, and post-secondary education.
Pedro Santiago
Pedro is a senior majoring in English with minors in History and Art. In the past, Pedro was placed with CARA, and is currently a mentor at the Port Richmond Partnership (PRPLA).
Destiny Padilla
Destiny is a senior English major with minors in Psychology and Civic Engagement. Her placement is Markham Leadership Academy (MLA), where she is a mentor.
Sabrine Haq
Sabrine is a senior majoring in English with a minor in Film and Media Studies. Her current placement is The Other Side NYC, one of Bonner's new partnerships. Sabrine is also part of Tau Kappa Sigma, a local sorority.
